If she spots nothing unusual in the debris or up on the ceiling, then she'll move to the center aisle and start moving forward.

The debris in the corner doesn't show any signs of disturbance, but might have enough room for something to hide. The ceiling is quite dark, but shows only cobwebs, the tops of pillars, and the buttresses. The buttresses are about a foot thick, and seem to be made of wood. You think you see something moving on the top edge of one, roughly 18 feet above.

Yep, the sequence is:

so everyone can go ahead, and the monsters will also.

Caby isn't going to do any movement at this point - she'll just shoot at the nearest monster.

She is +4 To Hit with her bow at this range (+2 dex, +1 halfling, +1 short range). Will roll damage as well, in case it hits.

Yep, AC will be the same, just no shield. +1 to hit.

Okay, dual-wielding for bonus to hit. Didn't have money for a shield anyway.

How hard does it look like it would be to climb to the buttress? And is it possible to climb while remaining hidden?

It would be an unmodified climb for your training and experience, and yes you can maintain your HiS/MS while climbing

Jaral advances in to the nearest enemy, forcing it to try to drop its short bow and draw a sword before it had a chance to shoot [since movement is prior to missiles.] Ducats sneaks around the outside of the pillars, coming in behind one of the nasties, clearly unnoticed.

2 of the enemy fire their bows at Jaral, keeping their aim on him despite the fact he's entered melee with one of their cohorts! One arrow plunges into Jaral's side, doing 6 points of damage. The other arrow hit's the monster, doing 3 points of damage. The arrow sprouts from the creature's side, but it's still up.

Caby's arrow misses.

You all see a sword blade spring forth from the chest of one of the creatures, clearly having pierced its heart from the sudden great gout of blood that sprays forth! It sinks down to the floor, dead, revealing Ducats standing behind it.

The 3rd creature firing its bow hits Tagor, grazing him for 1 point of damage. Just before the arrow hits, Tagor releases a sling stone at one of them.
